Wonderful experience today at the Spokan Valley Vision Institute. Dr. Connoly was through and put my mind at ease. Her assistants were very helpful. The woman at the front desk were personable and helpful. Thank you again for a painless and fun appointment.

Super nice people here. I recently bought two pairs of glasses from here and the lady helping me got a pen and paper out to see how I could best apply my insurance benefit to get the best price.

The front desk lady, Bri, was also super helpful in helping me find the right set of contacts when I was having issues with getting a set that didn't irritate my eyes.

I love the employees here. They are so patient with my Son who has sensory issues. They are quick servicing as well as reacting in order to get a reading before my kiddo moves. Hands down the best place I have been too and we have been to a lot and have been going here for 3 yrs now. Still love them.

The entire team was great to work with. I questioned the contacts prescription because it was such a change from what I expected or experienced in the past. Turns out, doctor Sirott nailed the exact issue I was having and it's the best I've seen in a few years!

Very professional and positive staff! Easy location to get to. The office was clean and very well organized. I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and like I mattered. I wasn't just another paying customer. All staff was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and was very accommodating. I would recommend this office highly!
